If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. We will cover the shipping charges for sending the replacement item to you. Please ensure you provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to help us process your request efficiently.


3. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional charge, and we will also cover the cost of shipping the correct item. The incorrect product will be collected from you. Please provide details of the incorrect item received and your order number to facilitate a quick resolution.


4. Exchange Policy

Currently, Lightzart does not offer exchanges for products purchased online. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we may offer a replacement based on the assessment of the product condition.

All replacement or repair items will be shipped to you free of charge. However, original shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases where a replacement or repair is offered.
